A small blue/green lentil, named after the region of France. Sprout well – soak 8 hrs, rinse daily enjoy after 3 days. Puys retain their shape after cooking – No need to soak, Cook for 20 mins. Dahl: Cook lentils with cinnamon stick, bay, garlic, and ginger & turmeric for 40m. Add lemon seasoning.
