Essential / Organic Chickpeas (Garbanzos/Gram), much used in Indian & Middle Eastern dishes. When ground become very versatile flour. Soak 8-12 hrs &cook for 3 hrs. Or pressure-cook 40 mins. For Houmous – blend cooked chickpeas with garlic, oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt & sesame seeds. Storage: Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light &strong odours.

Cooking Instructions
Wash thoroughly before use. Soak for 8 to 12 hours. Cover in water and bring to a boil then simmer for 3 hours. Pressure-cook 40 min.
